Brother's in Arms - Global Front by Gameloft has been released in the App store for $7.99.  Instead of being fully third-person as in all the previous editions, BIA now plays in both the first and third person view depending on  your actions.  The price exceeds their normal premium hopefully reflecting increased production costs rather than a trend.
