While Real Golf 2011 is one of the most graphically rich games to grace the iPhone4, with some simple tweaks to it's gameplay Gameloft could add considerable length to it's drives.

How does the year-old Real Golf 2011 by Gameloft withstand the charge of the latest Tiger Woods 12 from EA? Real Golf’s swing meter mimics Tiger’s and with a few trips to the driving range you’ll find it works beautifully and combined with it’s gorgeous graphics, impeccable ball physics and wonderfully detailed courses allows Real Golf 2011 to maintain it’s lead as the most “realistic” golf simulation available for your iOS device and also one of the most underrated games in the app store.

The app store is a sea of emptiness when it comes to realistic 3D submarine simulations.  While you’ll pass a fleet of zombies clinging to every log,  puzzlers,  platformers and flyers of every stripe, your chances of pulling a submarine app from the depths is slim.  Silent Hunter by Ubisoft is a lone wolf in these waters and when you see the opening cut scenes, your naval pulse may well skip a beat.

While some may dismiss Gameloft’s Zombie Infection as simply a Resident Evil 4 knock-off due to its’ third-person over-the-shoulder aiming and location based damage, I found it to be one of Gameloft’s more enjoyable single-player experiences and for .99 provides more gameplay and fun than 90% of the zombie drool oozing from the app store every week.
